Part-Time : On-Site Property Manager Location : Melbourne (Eau Gallie area), Florida
Compensation : $18-$21 / hour + performance-based bonuses
Schedule : Approximately 15-30 hours / week, flexible shifts with some on-call availability

Role Summary
As our primary on-site Property Manager, you will be the key lead in daily operations, ensuring our guests enjoy clean, safe, and well-maintained stays. Your role includes supervising cleaning and maintenance staff, handling light maintenance coordination, restocking, guest communications, and administrative tasks from our on-site office.
Responsibilities
Conduct daily cleaning checks and oversee cleaner performance
Coordinate light maintenance and contractor visits
Manage inventory restocking for guest essentials and supplies
Handle guest messaging, inquiries, and support in a timely manner
Track expenses, monitor property compliance, and assist with record keeping
Act as the main point of contact on-site, collaborating with the off-site property manager
Maintain a positive team culture and adapt to dynamic guest needs
Be available on-call for emergencies during scheduled shifts and peak periods Requirements
Prior experience in property management, hospitality coordination, or related roles preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills, with a guest-focused attitude
Ability to supervise teams and coordinate multiple tasks efficiently
Flexibility for part-time hours and on-call availability
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing short-term rental properties (Airbnb, Vrbo, or boutique hotel)
Familiarity with hospitality software tools (Hospitable, Guesty, Hostaway, etc.)
Knowledge of Brevard County or Orlando hospitality compliance (permits, signage, noise, tax filings)
Hands-on skills for light repairs, basic maintenance, or vendor coordination
Strong eye for design and guest presentation enjoys maintaining a high visual standard for units
Ability to create checklists, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and streamline daily workflows
Prior experience supervising cleaning or maintenance teams
Comfort with technology and simple spreadsheets for tracking inventory or expenses
Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred but not required
Passion for hospitality, guest experience, and proactive problem-solving
