The ideal candidate needs to be Texas based, ideally Harlingen where the project is or Houston or San Antonio based, due to the client having offices out of those locations. Harlingen is a prime location to grow, and the project you will be supervising with by an 8 story tower at the airport that will then lead to work with Border patrol and a Hanger on site. The ideal candidate should be 10+ years' experience if not longer building mid to large scale projects up to or over 20M. This building is structural steel.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operation of airport project
Ensure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed
Communicate project progress with clients and project managers
Manage subcontractors and construction site organization

Qualifications + Requirements

10+ years of experience in new construction as a General Contracting site superintendent, with a clean background

Can Travel and live in Harlingen if not based there.

Ideally built a midrise or large Ground Up Construction.

Compensation

125-150,000 Base

100% medical cover for employee.

Flown home twice a month if needed.
