Day shifts, 5x8-hour schedule from 06 : 30 AM to 07 : 30 PM. No weekend or call shifts required.

\n\nJob Description\n

We are currently seeking an experienced Operating Room Nurse / Technician to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have two years of direct intraoperative experience, with a strong background in orthopedic and general surgery. The role involves circulating and scrubbing procedures, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety during surgery.

\n\nResponsibilities\n \n

  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the operating room and surgical instruments.

    • \n

  • Provide support to the surgical team during procedures.

    • \n

  • Maintain aseptic techniques and clinical protocols.

    • \n

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

    • \n

  • Document patient care activities and maintain accurate records.

    • \n \n\nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n \n

  • Minimum of two years' experience in a direct intraoperative role.

    • \n

  • Experience in orthopedic surgeries, including joints, spine, and sports injuries, as well as general surgery.

    • \n

  • Experience with the Epic charting system is preferred.

    • \n

  • Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, and CNOR are required.

    • \n

  • Must have an active and valid registration with the appropriate credentialing bodies.
