Responsibilities :
- Process distributions from retirement plans with precision and timeliness.
- Perform complex numeric data entry tasks to maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Handle check processing and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve workflow efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to regulatory requirements during all accounting operations.
- Provide support in reconciling financial transactions and preparing reports.
- Ensure all tasks are completed in accordance with established deadlines and standards.
- Proven experience in data entry, particularly with numeric information.
- Familiarity with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
- Knowledge of check processing procedures and best practices.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and tools.
