- Has a valid driver's license, adequate car insurance and a clean driving record if he / she conduct errands or makes deliveries for the company.
GSR (Guest Service Representative) Qualifications (If sales volume dictates) :
Sincerely enjoys working with Guests.Be eager to assist Guests.Has a sense of urgency.Has a friendly personality.Possess good communication skills.Has complete knowledge of POS Order Taking procedures.Be able to operate the POS system quickly and accurately.Be able to handle cash quickly and accurately.GSR Duties :
Answers phones and takes orders.Greets and thanks Guests.Takes orders for walk-in Guests.Gets drinks for orders (if applicable).Rings all orders into POS System.Performs prep work.Helps where needed.Keeps counters and Guest area clean.Handles Guest complaints, order concerns, and other requests quickly and in a friendly, positive, and non-confrontational mannerHelps where needed.PIc005b6f9d8a9-30511-34980297
