- We are seeking a passionate RN to enhance our Wound Ostomy Team.\n
- This position offers on-the-job training within a close-knit department of NPs, nurses, and a CNA.\n
- Work hours : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 am – 5 : 00 pm.\n

- Opportunities for advancement are available.\n\nPosition Summary : \n\nAs an RN specializing in wound, ostomy, and continence needs, you will : \n
- Care for patients requiring specialized treatment for wounds, ostomy, and continence.\n
- Consult and develop care protocols for pediatric and adult patients.\n
- Serve as a clinical resource and consultant to assist in developing and implementing patient care plans.\n
- Utilize the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, outcome planning, implementation, and evaluation—to provide personalized care.\n
- Coordinate care, perform patient assessments, provide education, and execute various nursing interventions.\n
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians, to enhance patient care.\n
- Demonstrate excellent clinical and interpersonal skills throughout your practice.\n\nQualifications : \n
- Bachelor's degree in nursing is required; graduation from an accredited program is preferred.\n
- Must hold an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice or obtain multistate licensure if in an NLC state.\n
- Required to complete Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nursing Education Program within the first 24 months of employment and maintain board certification.\n
