• We are hiring immediately for full time SHIFT SUPERVISOR (CALL CENTER) positions.
• Location : Mayo Clinic St. Mary's - 1216 Second Street Southwest, Rochester, MN 55905. Note : online applications accepted only .
• Schedule : Full time schedules. Monday through Friday, 6 : 00 am to 7 : 30 pm, including every other weekend and holiday; more details upon interview.
• Requirement : Previous call center and management experience is preferred but not required.
• Fixed Pay Range : $27.00 per hour

Job Summary

Summary : Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
