Admin Support (Non-Clinical)

Supervises assigned staff in performing activities or tasks of the assigned practice site.

Responsibilities :

  • Supervises the orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff. Assists with performance evaluations.
  • Participates in multidisciplinary meetings or committees addressing issues and implementation of new services.
  • Ensures staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures, and protocols.

Education :

  • High school diploma or GED required.

    • Work Experience :

  • 1 year of experience in a medical office required - MA experience preferred.
