Flex Manager For Deployment And Lock Security Stabilization

The Flex Manager for Deployment and Lock Security Stabilization will support the Global Operations department in deploying lock systems across all hotel brands. This role aims to ensure hotels are well-supported during the annual Lock Security and Stabilization efforts, with minimal travel required. Key responsibilities include :

• Acting as a liaison between hotels, project teams, and vendors to ensure smooth implementation and transition of lock systems.
• Identifying and resolving issues through vendor interactions.
• Assisting the Deployment team in troubleshooting complex issues involving multiple systems, such as PMS, MPG, Lock Vendor Software, and ServiceNow.
• Tracking and escalating trending issues to relevant parties to find root cause resolutions.
