Job Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift ICU position requiring a GA or compact license and at least 18 months of ICU experience.

Responsibilities Position is in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of an acute care hospital

12-hour night shifts are required throughout the assignment

Assignment duration is 13 weeks

Responsibilities include providing direct care to critically ill adult patients

Holiday time off is limited and only one holiday request is allowed

No on-call responsibilities during the assignment

Time off requests are limited to a maximum of 5 days, or 3 days if time off falls on or near a holiday

Travelers must adhere to strict RTO (request time off) guidelines

Requirements Active GA or compact RN license must be in hand

Minimum of 18 months of recent ICU RN experience is required

Candidates must live at least 50 miles from the facility; local candidates are not eligible

Former staff must be separated for 1 year before returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
