Schedule Day shift, working 3x12-hour shifts from 07 : 00 to 19 : 00. Job Description The Registered Nurse in MS / Tele will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, including monitoring and interpreting cardiac rhythms, administering medications, and managing various medical protocols. The RN will work in a dynamic environment with established nurse-patient ratios and significant interdisciplinary support. Responsibilities Monitor and manage patient conditions, including dysrhythmias and metabolic protocols. Administer IV therapy, blood products, and manage peripheral line care. Provide respiratory support, including CPAP / BIPAP and tracheostomy management. Care for orthopedic patients, including post-operative management of total joint replacements. Conduct wound care and manage surgical drains as needed. Required Experience / Certifications Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a medical-surgical or telemetry setting. Current BLS certification required. Experience with IV therapy and phlebotomy preferred. Familiarity with Epic charting system preferred.
