Day-to-Day Duties of the Account Manager Trainee

• Deploy structured outreach campaigns across assigned zones, introducing AT&T’s fiber, wireless, and bundled service tiers to qualified prospects.
• Identify connectivity gaps, usage patterns, and budget parameters to align AT&T solutions with client goals across multiple service categories.
• Present tailored service proposals and guide prospects through activation workflows using AT&T’s campaign-approved protocols.
• Maintain CRM precision by logging pipeline movement, account status, and engagement milestones to support acquisition tracking and campaign visibility.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure onboarding accuracy, provisioning readiness, and service delivery alignment across AT&T’s wireless and fiber portfolios.
• Analyze territory performance and contribute actionable insights that refine outreach strategy, improve conversion rates, and drive campaign growth.
