Team Collaboration :

• Collaborates with the Associate Chief Anesthetist Officer (ACAO) and Regional Medical Director (RMD) to support clinical operational leadership in delivering strategic priorities for new and existing programs.
• Assists in the development and execution of an Implementation Plan aligned with Sound Anesthesia's growth strategy.
• Partners with senior clinical leadership to develop and implement a facility Anesthesia Improvement Plan (AIP) as part of new site implementation planning.
