Certified Pharmacy Technician Supervisor

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Specialty Pharmacy Support Service.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of a team of Reimbursement or Intake Specialists, including scheduling and monitoring workflow

Develop and track employee compliance to quality, service, and production standards while addressing operational and customer service issues

Implement process improvements and serve as a point of escalation for complex issues, representing pharmacy operations in cross-functional meetings

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred; Certified Pharmacy Tech certificate (CPhT) required for overseeing Intake Specialists

2-5 years of experience, preferably in a pharmacy setting

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Strong knowledge of current pharmacy regulations
