You’ll oversee adjusters and team leaders, coach for performance, and collaborate across departments to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of adjusters and team leaders
• Ensure adherence to claims best practices and quality standards
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on claim strategy
• Drive performance through coaching, training, and oversight
• Influence outcomes through data-driven decision-making
• Participate in client reviews and contribute to service plan development
• This is a full-time, exempt, hybrid role with 2–3 days in office weekly based on performance. Occasional travel may be required.
