Job Description :

Assigned to a sub-process within the Process Tower of R2R – Fixed Assets to support the development of a comprehensive end-to-end process design and build, facilitated by core and edge systems. The Functional Expert will leverage Mars' operational knowledge specific to Fixed Assets to ensure the Global Template is inclusive and meets Mars' requirements.

What are we looking for?

Financial accounting and reporting experience, and a detailed understanding of the sub-process area

Working knowledge of ERP (SAP ECC, not necessarily S / 4)

Operational knowledge of MARS' current organisation, processes and tools

Strong communicator, written and verbal (English speaking)

What will be your key responsibilities?

Finalisation of Functional Global Design :

Use Mars knowledge and / or network to identify key business scenarios

Support the SI in providing input to enable Functional Design (of Core & Common Edge)

Contribute to the preparation of Business Requirements

Ensure that all functional design deliverables are completed, aligned across modules, and approved for testing.

Support process documentation to ensure alignment with design and quality / completeness

Testing Strategy Preparation and Execution

Define and document testing scenarios during the test plan phase,

Review test scripts and golden data for SIT and UAT to ensure that all key business processes in Fixed Assets and Project Accounting are covered.

Review test execution and ensure proper execution and documentation are kept

Reporting Strategy Assessment and ERP Remediation Path Definition :

Collaborate with partners to define the reporting strategy (including statutory, management, and operational reporting) and establish a roadmap for ERP remediation.

Support Training Strategy :

Assist in identifying organisational changes, defining impacted personas, and establishing new L2 area responsibilities for each persona. Support training curriculum development and preparation.

Shared Template Build :

Execute and support the Share Template build for the following releases, including documentation and testing strategy (PDD, KDD, CRD, CSD, FDD, FUT, SIT, UAT).

Support to Pilot Deployment for PetCare Segment :

Ensure that the Shared Template design meets the specific requirements of the PetCare segment.

Supporting the identification of support requirements for the PetCare segment to ensure alignment with business needs.

Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement a testing strategy tailored for the PetCare segment.

Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) for the PetCare segment, ensuring all key processes are validated.

Transversal Activities

Support Security assessment (i.e., business roles identification, Fiori Apps assignment to roles, etc)

Help identify impacts on relevant Policies (Finance Manual) and provide input for updates.

Support Migration from Source systems to SAP and design of interim scenarios if required.

Support Change impact assessment, Persona identification, Training Development, and provide input for training needs analysis for the relevant sub-process, adhering to prescribed guidelines and formats.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.The total compensation package for this position mayalso include other elements, if eligible, including variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Eligibility for these additional elements depend on the position offeredand the employee's work schedule (i.e., part-time schedule, store associate). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.

$100,133.93 - $125,160.71 + 12% bonus
