About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Wound Care RN to provide specialized care to patients with complex wounds. Your expertise will be vital in promoting healing and improving patient quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive wound assessments and develop individualized care plans

Implement advanced wound care techniques, including debridement and wound vac therapy

Educate patients and caregivers on wound prevention and management

Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate care

Maintain accurate documentation of wound healing progress

Qualifications

Current RN license in New Jersey

Certification in Wound Care (e.g., WOCN or WCC)

Minimum of 1 year of acute care or med-surg experience

Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and car insurance

CPR certification for healthcare providers
