Overview

Join a dynamic team as a Forward-Deployed AI Solutions Architect, where you\'ll drive AI-powered transformations in healthcare operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative AI solutions that enhance patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of client needs and craft bespoke AI workflows to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Design and execute tailored AI use cases, leveraging advanced conversational systems and LLM-based AI technologies.
  • Collaborate with backend teams to integrate AI systems with client APIs and enterprise systems for seamless functionality.
  • Continuously optimize and test AI systems to improve performance and user experience.
  • Work closely with various teams to define product requirements and document decision workflows for scalability.

Skills

  • Proven experience in product management or solution architecture, with a strong track record of success.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or TypeScript / JavaScript.
  • Expertise in agentic design, prompt engineering, and emerging LLM technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
  • Self-starter with a passion for solving meaningful problems and delivering real-world impact.

    • Preferred Skills

  • Experience with voice-enabled conversational AI systems and vector databases.
  • Knowledge of ML techniques for intent classification and dialog management.
  • Background in healthcare operations or finance, with prior experience in regulated industries.

    • Compensation and Location

    Salary range : $265,000 - $285,000. Location : San Francisco, CA.
