Overview
Manufacturing Analyst (Level 3 or Level 4) – R10207123 at Northrop Grumman. Relocation assistance may be available. Clearance type : Secret. Travel : Yes, up to 10% of the time. Location : Iuka, MS.
Responsibilities
- Work with Tooling Management and stakeholders to identify communication, usability, and design goals for the internal SharePoint site.
- Perform schedule risk assessments to identify and mitigate program cost and scheduling risks; maintain accurate expenditure records and direct preparation of expenditure projections.
- Develop, analyze, and maintain estimates to completion; perform monthly budget, EAC, actuals, and variance analysis for leadership briefings.
- Track weekly actuals against targets; maintain Earned Value, EAC workbooks, QBD / QSST updates, and variance analysis reports.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams across Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Business Management to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Support technical administrative tasks including hiring initiatives (forecasting, requisition tracking, attrition, onboarding), staff meetings, and engagement support.
- Perform or assist in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis.
- Set up cost control systems, monitor and control costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost-schedule control systems.
Basic Qualifications
Level 3
Bachelor's degree with 6 years of related experience in financial planning and / or budget development and / or analysis and / or plant controller and / or cost analysis. Master's degree with 4 years of related experience.Experience in a manufacturing or tooling environment.Experience working with management to establish baselines for cost, schedule, and scope, and tracking actual performance against those measures.Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and data tracking.Must be able to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.Must be able to obtain a Program Access Request (PAR) within a reasonable period of time as determined by the company.Level 4

Primary Level Salary Range : $74,600.00 - $111,800.00
Secondary Level Salary Range : $92,900.00 - $139,300.00
The salary range represents a general guideline. Northrop Grumman considers factors such as scope, responsibilities, candidate experience, education, and market conditions when determining base offers. Overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonuses, and long-term incentives may apply depending on the position.
