Job Description

Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and company standards.

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.

Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary to meet deadlines.

Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.

Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and risks.

Lead and mentor project teams to foster collaboration and achieve project goals.

Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective solutions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager - CMR should have :
