Engagement Manager

A company is looking for an Engagement Manager, Data Aggregation.

Key Responsibilities

Manage client activities and ensure programs meet or exceed expectations

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing subject matter expertise and addressing key questions

Evaluate risks and present performance updates to stakeholders regarding program status

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in data aggregation, preferably with patient-level data

3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry

2+ years of experience in customer success, program, or project management

Experience querying tables using SQL

Proficient in Microsoft Windows and applications, including Excel
