As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling designated areas to help deter security-related incidents and promote a secure environment for employees and visitors. Your visible presence and routine patrols will play a key role in maintaining order and responding to any security-related concerns. You will also be expected to provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while interacting with individuals throughout the facility. This is a driving post, so you will operate company vehicles as part of your patrol duties. Position Type : Part Time

Pay Rate : $19.92 / Hour

Job Schedule :

DayTime Sat 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

Sun 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or potential hazards.
  • Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns within the manufacturing and industrial environment.
  • Communicate and coordinate with Allied Universal management and site contacts as needed regarding incidents or security-related matters.
  • Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly.
  • Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and / or directing visitors as required.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license is required for driving positions and must meet Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
