Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a collaborative team. This role is fully in-office and offers the opportunity to work with a supportive group of professionals in a well-established agency.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing small commercial accounts, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. Spanish-speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply, though this is not a requirement.
Compensation Package
- Hourly Rate : $24-$35 per hour (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
Effectively manage a book of commercial lines accounts.Handle small commercial accounts, including quoting new and renewal business.Review insurance policies and prepare certificates of insurance.Communicate effectively with customers and insurance carriers to facilitate renewals and obtain quotes.Utilize AMS360 software for account management (training provided if needed).Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure excellent customer service.Qualifications / Requirements
Licenses : Must hold a Property & Casualty (P&C) license in Washington State.Experience : Open to candidates with 0-5 years of experience. Preference for candidates with 5+ years of experience (higher compensation offered).Skills : Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, in-office environment. Spanish-speaking skills are a plus, but not required.Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with AMS360 software is preferred but not mandatory (training available).Disclaimer
