Customer Sales & Service Representative

Location : Alliance, OH

Job Type : Full-Time, On-Site

Are you a people person with a drive to succeed? We are seeking a highly motivated and outgoing individual to join our growing team in Akron. This is a full-time, in-office position with a Monday-Friday schedule . You will be part of a dynamic team and have the opportunity to make an immediate impact while developing valuable skills for your future.

What You'll Do

  • Become a Trusted Advisor : Proactively engage in inside sales, generate leads, and provide outstanding customer service to both new and existing clients.
  • Grow the Business : Use local marketing strategies to drive business growth and expand our reach in the community.
  • Team Support : Perform general office duties and assist the team with daily operations.
  • Training & Development : Complete a comprehensive 12-18 month training program that covers everything you need to know to succeed in the insurance industry. All licensing fees (Property & Casualty and Life, Accident & Health) will be paid for by the company.

Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is someone with a background in customer-facing roles, such as :

  • Loan Originators
  • Teachers
  • Outside Sales Representatives
  • Servers or those in Hospitality
  • Currently licensed agents seeking a new opportunity

    • Comprehensive Training and Licensing :

We believe in your potential, so we'll cover all costs for your Property & Casualty and Life, Accident & Health licenses.

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • The drive to learn and adapt quickly to new software.
  • A high school diploma (college preferred).
  • Reliable transportation for daily office attendance.
  • The ability to pass a background check.
