We're looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and proactive Nurse Practitioner to join our team.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations for new and existing patients

Develop customized treatment plans for medical weight loss and HRT

Interpret lab results and educate patients on findings and treatment options

Maintain timely, clear, and compliant medical documentation

Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care

Deliver phone, email, and in-person follow-up appointments as scheduled

Use EMR to chart efficiently and communicate with the team

Uphold company values and demonstrate high standards of punctuality and professionalism

Requirements :

• Active licensed Nurse Practitioner in the state of Indiana
• DEA Certification
• Experience in weight loss, hormone therapy, and / or similar field a plus
• Passion for helping patients achieve long-term wellness
• Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative
• Comfortable using EMR and clinical documentation tools
