Responsibilities :

Provide guidance on life insurance solutions, including living benefits and legacy planning.

Meet with clients virtually or in person to assess their needs and recommend options.

Build strong client relationships based on trust and empathy.

Participate in ongoing 1-on-1 coaching and professional development.

Support clients in making confident financial protection decisions.

Qualifications :

Must be a U.S. citizen (required).

Must pass a background check.

Prior healthcare experience (RN, LPN, CNA, or related role) is valued but not required.

Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Willingness to obtain a state Life Insurance License (training and support provided).

Self-motivated and able to work independently.
