Estimator / Project Manager
A well-established demolition and abatement firm with a national reputation is looking to add an experienced Estimator / Project Manager to their team. This group has been around for decades, has a strong safety culture, and is known for handling complex, large-scale jobs.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the pre-construction estimating side and being hands-on with project execution through the finish line.
What You'll Be Doing :
- Review drawings, specs, and proposals to scope out the job and prepare accurate cost estimates
- Handle full-cycle project management : budgeting, scheduling, coordination, and closeout
- Make regular job site visits to keep tabs on progress, safety, and quality
- Submit change orders, purchase orders, and job-related paperwork
- Work closely with field crews, subs, and vendors to keep things moving and on budget
- Be a key part of safety culture ensure everything stays compliant and above board
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and project partners
- Help improve processes and drive efficiencies across projects
- Occasionally travel to job sites as needed
