Trumbull Industries, Inc. - a recognized leader in the distribution of commercial / residential plumbing, industrial PVF and kitchen cabinetry, is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Product Development team as a Product Development Assistant for our Headquarters located in Warren, OH. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the end-to-end product development process, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch of high-quality products.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor products, and consumer preferences.
• Analyze data to provide insights that contribute to informed product development decisions.
• Assist in coordinating product development projects from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with various teams, including marketing, design, and pricing, to ensure seamless workflow.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of project timelines, milestones, and progress.
• Coordinate the creation of prototypes and samples for testing and evaluation.
• Work closely with vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality prototypes.
• Facilitate effective communication among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and priorities.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree or above in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred.

Self-motivated, results oriented individual.

Positive attitude with focus on service

Team player with the ability to work closely with others within the organization

Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook; ability to quickly learn internal order entry system

Excellent oral communication skills a must
