Customer Service and Sales Representative

In this customer service and sales role, you’ll play a key role as the front line of communication with our customers, building meaningful relationships and providing valuable insights into their wants and needs. What You’ll Do :

• Build long-lasting relationships with customers through open and direct communication.
• Resolve customer account issues, service conflicts, and other customer service concerns with professionalism and integrity
• Learn and assist customers through the entire enrollment process, from start to finish.
• Collect and securely manage customer information, including contact details, insurance information and service details like address and scope of work.
• Track and report client interactions, customer questions, and completed jobs for ongoing improvement.
