Billing / Account Sr. Specialist

We are a fast-growing logistics organization seeking full-time a Billing / Account Sr. Specialist to join our OCC Operations team.

Department : OCC

Reports to : Operations Manager

Schedule : Fulltime,

Location : Onsite, Ellabell, GA 31308 (Candidates must be able to commute to neighboring facilities for meetings, events, etc.)

Key Responsibilities for a Billing Sr. Specialist :

• AP / AR Invoice Management
• Able to manage monthly invoices from customer / supplier and process within given time
• Able to track payment and communicate with related customer / supplier on scheduled payment
• Attendance and work hours Management
• Able to manage daily attendance of team members (including contractors) and report to management
• Able to track weekly hours and overtime if requested by customer
• Budget Management
• Able to manage annual / monthly budget and process any requested work orders or POs within budget
• Vendor Registration
• Able to register new vendors and manage vendors in internal system
• Inventory Management (Office Supply)
• Able to manage simple inventory counts of office supplies and audit counts in weekly / monthly manners
• Forecast demands of needed supplies and order in timely manners
• Administrative Operation
• Able to process given administrative labors if needed / requested by management team
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications for a Billing Sr. Specialist :

Knowledge of sales, use tax, business license, etc.

This role routinely uses standard office equipment, including a laptop computer and cell phone. The employee is generally required to spend long periods of time sitting, typing, and working at a computer. May require the ability to occasionally lift and transport items. The estimated base salary range for the Billing / Account Sr. Specialist is $65,500-$73,000. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that GLOVIS EA reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel.
