Job Title
Post daily bank deposits and perform cash application duties
Research and resolve payment discrepancies to maintain accurate records
Support month-end and year-end close processes with accuracy and timeliness
Assist in preparing financial reports and analysis for management review
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within accounting operations
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, JDE)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Effective communication and problem-solving skills
This position follows a hybrid work schedule, with in-office work Monday through Wednesday and remote work Thursday and Friday. The office is located in Irving, TX.
