We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Studio Director to lead our new client's team of architects, engineers, and designers. As a key member of our leadership team, the Studio Director will be responsible for overseeing the growth and success of our studio, driving business development, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

Requirements :

• 10 + years of experience in architecture, engineering, or design management
• Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong business development skills, with a focus on client acquisition and relationship management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
• Proficiency in design software and technology, including BIM and project management tools
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications :

Compensation : $110,000 per year
