As an Equipment Operator, you will assist in rig up / rig down operations, performs routine and minor reactive maintenance on equipment, operate equipment in a limited capacity, and assist / learn from higher-level operators in daily operations.

Responsibilities

Learn the basics of operating fracturing equipment.

Maintain assigned equipment. Perform daily inspections to ensure compliance with operational and safety requirements. Report all operational deficiencies to supervisor and maintenance personnel.

Assist with rig up / rig down operations at assigned locations.

Assist and learn from higher-level equipment operators in daily operations.

Qualifications

We are looking for dedicated individuals who bring expertise, problem-solving abilities, and a strong work ethic to our team. Ideal candidates will have :

High school diploma or general degree (GED)

CDL required

No experience required

The ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos

Basic math skills

Excellent problem-solving and reasoning abilities

Work shifts up to 12 hours

Overtime as needed

Hours may vary based on operational needs
