Key Responsibilities

Install products according to company standards and client specifications.

Oversee subcontracted installers.

Ensure installations are completed efficiently and of the highest quality.

Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.

Provide exceptional customer service during and after installation.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction or installation roles.

Experience with one-day shower installations.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
