About The Position

Job Title : Respiratory Therapist

Profession : Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics

Specialty : CRT

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Night

Hours per Shift : 12 (19 : 00 - 07 : 30)

Experience : Minimum of 1 year experience required

License : State license required

Certifications : BLS, NRP, CRT or RRT issued by the NBRC

Must-Have : Required certifications include BLS, NRP, CRT or RRT.

Description :

Will accept RRT or CRT.

No pulmonary function tests on weekends.

Every weekend is required, including Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

First-time travelers are accepted.

Required : 1 year of experience, BLS, NRP, CRT or RRT issued by the NBRC, State license, and an Associate Degree, Diploma, or Certification in a Respiratory Therapy Program.

Preferred : ACLS, PALS, CPFT, RPFT.

Candidates must be willing to float within the facility as needed.

Certifications must be completed prior to the start.

Candidates are expected to complete all compliance requirements timely.

Skills required include Adult Critical Care, Aerosol setup, BiPAP, and more.

Duties involve the use of various respiratory care techniques and equipment.

Candidates will work with patient age groups from neonates to geriatrics.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills are necessary for effective patient care.
