Physical Therapist (PT)

Okeena Health and Rehabilitation Center located in Dyersburg, TN is seeking for passionate  Physical Therapist  to join our passionate team. As a PT, you will work along side our growing department of therapists empowering patients to participate in their activities of daily living. In addition, you will help develop strategies and treatment plans to support patient growth and ability to overcome challenges.

This position is full-time, part-time or per diem.

Job Requirements :

• Associates Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Assumes responsibility for ongoing continuing education and professional development.
• Must have an active Physical Therapy Assistant license in state(s) of practice.
• Ongoing continuing education and professional development to maintain current licensure and certification - Evolve Therapy Services provides unlimited CEU package through MedBridge partnership
• Assume responsibility for ongoing continuing education and professional development to maintain current licensure and certification.
