Schedule : Full-time | Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. – 5 : 00 p.m.

Compensation : $24.00 / hour

Position Overview :

The Claims Administrator supports our Claims team by managing and resolving claims related to auto, bodily injury, property damage, freight, and subrogation. You’ll work closely with insurance carriers, adjusters, attorneys, and internal teams to ensure claims are handled efficiently and accurately. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across all levels of the company.

What You’ll Do

Set up, manage, and document claims in the claims management system.

Coordinate with insurance carriers, adjusters, attorneys, and internal stakeholders.

Oversee claims from start to resolution, including auto, property damage, bodily injury, freight, and subrogation.

Ensure all necessary documentation is gathered and filed accurately (digital and physical).

Approve repairs, manage estimates, and assist with asset salvage or disposal decisions.

Maintain detailed claim notes and process correspondence (letters, reports, forms).

Handle calls and provide timely information to claimants, vendors, and team members.

Identify process improvement opportunities and support special projects.

Uphold company policies and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Skills & Experience

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, Adobe, DocuSign, and Outlook.

Prior experience in the insurance or logistics industry (especially motor vehicle / property claims) is a plus.
