Senior Product Manager, Enterprise Security Technology (IC) – San Francisco, CA

We collaborate closely with enterprise risk management, business unit leaders, and all employees to maintain Trust.
Your Impact – Responsibilities
- Vision, Strategy, & Roadmap – Set strategic vision with executive management and deliver roadmaps to achieve it.
- Customers, Partners, and Collaborators – Engage customers, partners, and internal collaborators to resolve business requirements and strategic goals.
- Planning, Delivery, and Execution – Collaborate with engineering and operations peers to deliver strategic and tactical plans; hands‑on and results‑oriented.
- Market Research – Conduct competitive analysis and customer feedback sessions to identify new opportunities and recommend build versus buy decisions.
- Product Lifecycle – Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to end‑of‑life, ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery.
- Subject Matter Expert – Represent your area as a subject matter expert with internal and external stakeholders.
- KPIs – Develop and monitor key performance indicators and regularly report product performance and progress to senior leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree desirable.8+ years of experience in technical product management or related role.Deep expertise in cybersecurity domains, especially IAM, network security, cloud security, endpoint security, and data protection.Proven ability to define and deliver successful product strategies and roadmaps.Experience translating technical product requirements into actionable roadmaps; agile / lean delivery.Strong understanding of agile product development methodologies.Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presenting to executive leadership.Strong interpersonal skills, influencing and collaborating with diverse teams in a matrix environment.Preferred Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Identity protocols and standards (SAML, OIDC, OAuth, SCIM, FIDO, etc.).Access control models (RBAC, PBAC, Zero Trust, Least Privilege, JIT, PAM).Authentication / MFA strategies (FIDO2, phishing‑resistant MFA, device identity, non‑human identity).Identity lifecycle management (JML, reviews, provisioning / deprovisioning).Application onboarding and M&A integration experience.Agile Methodology and Scrum Product Owner experience.Working knowledge of leading 3rd‑party identity vendor solutions such as Okta, SailPoint, Zscaler, CyberArk, Palo Alto, Proofpoint, and CrowdStrike.Unleash Your Potential
