AC Systems Quality Control Supervisor

We are seeking a certified HVAC professional to serve as our

• AC Supervisor
• at our Eatonton, GA manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for overseeing the installation, inspection, and quality control of all
• air conditioning systems
• in the homes we produce. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical background in AC systems and proven leadership experience in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment.
• Essential Job Responsibilities
• Supervise the AC installation team during the manufacturing process.
• Ensure all air conditioning units and related systems are installed to code and meet internal quality standards.
• Conduct inspections and tests of AC systems to verify proper installation and performance.
• Train and coach technicians on AC best practices, safety protocols, and efficiency.
• Work closely with engineering and quality assurance teams to improve processes and troubleshoot issues.
• Manage AC inventory and coordinate ordering with the purchasing department.
• Maintain records of installations, testing, and any corrective actions taken.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure the team follows all OSHA regulations.
• Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA HVAC Certification (Required).
• 3+ years of AC installation experience in residential or manufactured housing.
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong working knowledge of air conditioning systems, ductwork, thermostats, and diagnostics.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills.
