What to Expect

Become an expert in understanding and implementing the HCM and Core Compensation product suites
Provide healthcare industry perspective for customer business requirements, ensuring leading practices are maintained
Communicate project status to Engagement Managers, providing recommendations on project health
Participate in regular training to expand product knowledge with each new Workday release
Share knowledge gained with other consultants and the wider partner ecosystem

What is Required (Qualifications)

5+ years of hands-on functional experience with HCM systems, focusing on Core HCM and Compensation modules

Proven technical experience from requirements gathering to system building and testing

Significant experience working directly in or with the healthcare industry

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication style to diverse audiences

Ability to travel up to 50% to customer sites

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with Recruiting, Learning, and / or Talent modules is a significant plus

Strong business consulting and strategic acumen, with an understanding of market trends and competitive landscape

Proven mentorship skills, fostering individual growth and development

Strong solutions design skills, with the ability to analyze business challenges and develop effective solutions

Expertise in strategic business consulting, including market analysis and financial acumen
