Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Columbia, MD

Job Summary :

At Amaze ABA Therapy - Maryland, we are dedicated to transforming jobs into missions. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our mission to improve the quality of life for our families and their children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We are seeking a passionate and compassionate RBT to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities :

Work one-on-one with clients with ASD to implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Collect and record data on client progress and behavior

Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and team members

Participate in team meetings and training sessions to ensure effective communication and collaboration

Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and therapy sessions

Assist with setting up and organizing therapy sessions and materials

Collaborate with BCBA to develop and implement behavior plans and goals

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in a related field (n / a)

Completion of a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training program and certification

Minimum of 0 years of experience (n / a)

Ability to work part-time and full-time schedules, including weekends and evenings (as needed)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively with clients with ASD and their families

Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes and other locations (as needed)
