THE WORK

As a CNC Mill Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, responsible for operating and maintaining CNC milling machines. Your tasks will include :

Performing self-inspections on your parts using prescribed gauges, jigs, and fixtures to ensure they meet close tolerances.

Utilizing Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) for inspections (CMM inspection ability sought but not required).

Changing your own tools and adjusting compensations accordingly.

Performing part deburring under a microscope to ensure quality assurance and mitigate Foreign Object Debris (FOD).

Conduct precise inspections using a variety of measuring tools.

Adapt to changing tools and make necessary adjustments.

Ensure meticulous part deburring under a microscope.
