Schedule Shift : Night 7 PM - 7 : 30 AM, 3 days per week. Job Description The Registered Nurse is responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care. This role involves planning, implementing, and documenting nursing care based on patient needs and advocating for evidence-based practice care standards. Responsibilities Develops, implements, and coordinates individualized plans of care for assigned patients through continuous assessment. Identifies patient needs and prioritizes care based on assessments and medical diagnoses. Performs therapeutic nursing interventions. Documents care in accordance with standards and practices. Provides patient-centric care aligned with professional nursing practices. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license. BLS certification from AHA. NRP certification preferred.
