Physical Therapist

Healthcare Support is actively seeking a Physical Therapist to a permanent, full-time role with nationwide Healthcare Corporation here in Greenwood, SC and the surrounding areas.

Daily Responsibilities For The Physical Therapist

• Deliver in-home and facility-based physical therapy services—primarily to a geriatric, Medicare-funded population—while managing an average caseload of 6 patients per day and collaborating closely with nursing and physician teams to develop individualized care plans
• Evaluate patients, establish short- and long-term rehabilitation goals, and supervise treatment implementation, including delegating appropriate interventions to licensed physical therapy assistants
• Provide ongoing supervision and instruction to therapy staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, treatment plans, and progress benchmarks, with opportunities for flexible scheduling and additional caseloads

Pay Details : $90 - $100k annually | This is a pay-per-visit position

Shift : Monday – Friday | 8a-5p
