Commercial Electrical Estimator - Lititz, PA Are you a highly skilled and experienced Estimator seeking a rewarding opportunity with a company that values teamwork, integrity, and customer satisfaction?

We're partnering with a leading provider of plumbing, electrical, heating, and air conditioning services, to find a talented Commercial Electrical Estimator to join their team in Lititz, PA.

In this role, you'll play a key part in estimating costs and preparing bids for commercial electrical construction projects.

Responsibilities :

  • Estimate costs for MEP systems on commercial new construction and renovation projects.
  • Prepare cost-effective conceptual designs on design / build projects that meet client expectations.
  • Create sketches of designs to be drafted by CAD operators.
  • Prepare written proposals and effectively communicate the proposal and scope of work to the customer.
  • Negotiate with clients and ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines.
  • Meet with project stakeholders, including owners, general contractors, and architects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve individual and company-wide goals.
  • Work with other estimators to share resources and coordinate efforts.

Qualifications :

  • 3-10 years of experience in the electrical trade, with a focus on commercial estimating.
  • Experience in understanding project blueprints, design drawings, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time / cost / equipment / labor / material estimates for projects and services.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Experience with Bluebeam, Trimble Estimation, and other relevant software is a plus.
  • Knowledge of general construction practices.
  • Knowledge of the National Electric Code and NFPA 70E.

  • Competitive salary : $70,000 - $105,000 per year (based on experience).
