We are hiring a Physical Therapist to deliver care to our patients and work with a diverse team of clinical professionals.

Currently Hiring for Full-Time or Per Diem!
Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time $2,500

Responsibilities :

Provide physical therapy to adult and geriatric patients

Prepare documentation, progress notes, and discharge summaries

Establish a plan of care in accordance with patients' needs and capabilities

Travel to nearby centers may be required

Qualifications :

Valid State Physical Therapist License and Credentials

SNF and / or Acute care experience
