Location : Upper West Side, NYC (Directly Across from Central Park)

Job Type : Part-time with the ability to move to Full Time.

Base Salary : $45,000 – $50,000 (commensurate with experience)

Located across from Central Park, CPW Wellness is a multidisciplinary clinic offering chiropractic care, massage, and acupuncture to help patients achieve long-term health and vitality.

The clinic was acquired just over a year ago and is now entering a dynamic new growth phase. With fresh leadership, a prime location, and strong community demand, the growth potential is exponential. While current patient volume is modest, the opportunity to expand is tremendous — and with our generous bonus structure, you have a clear path to six-figure earnings in your first year.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and patient-centered Chiropractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional clinical care while also helping drive patient volume growth through retention, referrals, and community engagement.

What You’ll Do

• Perform chiropractic evaluations, deliver precise adjustments and perform xrays
• Collaborate with massage therapists and our acupuncturist on integrated treatment plans
• Create personalized care strategies for long-term wellness and prevention
• Educate patients on exercises, lifestyle habits, DME, and supplements
• Maintain accurate SOAP notes and documentation
• Help grow the practice through referrals, outreach, and marketing support
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing training
