A company is looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator to support global training initiatives and manage the Learning Management System.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including user setup and course assignments
Track and report training completion rates and compliance adherence
Support employee development initiatives and promote training programs to enhance engagement
Required Qualifications
1-2+ years of experience in Learning & Development or Training Coordination
Hands-on experience with a Learning Management System (LMS)
Strong understanding of compliance reporting and global training requirements
Organized with project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
A proactive and flexible attitude with a growth mindset
