Responsibilities

Manage and execute in-store and on-location video shoots with small, efficient crews

Capture high-quality video content while maintaining a “run-and-gun” flexibility

Work collaboratively with creative leads to bring concepts to life with minimal setup time

Maintain professionalism and strong interpersonal skills when working with talent and clients

Ensure production quality meets brand and technical standards even under tight timelines

Participate in test shoots to assess workflow, adaptability, and professionalism on set

Qualifications

Experience producing and shooting video content in dynamic, fast-paced environments

Ability to work with a small, reliable production crew (or ability to operate as a one-person setup when needed)

Proficiency with professional video equipment, lighting, and audio

Ability to balance creative vision with practical production constraints

Excellent communication, adaptability, and on-set professionalism

Proven ability to “read the room” and adjust approach based on talent and setting
