What You’ll Be Doing as a Customer Support & Sales Associate

• Meet with customers directly, offering AT&T solutions that fit their needs.
• Sell products in neighborhoods while building trust through clear communication.
• Answer client questions with patience, clarity, and a smile.
• Troubleshoot account-related issues and connect clients to the right services.
• Educate customers on product features, promotions, and bundles.
• Maintain accurate client records and sales documentation.
• Collaborate with fellow Customer Support & Sales Associates to meet group goals.
• Represent AT&T and Channel Focus with professionalism in every interaction.
